Description
A basil sauce for steak
Ingredients
50 g
Fresh basil, roughly chopped 3 T
Dijon mustard 1 T
Balsamic vinegar 175 ml
Extra virgin olive oil 3 T
Chervil or Flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped 2 clv
Garlic, chopped 1 T
Pickled or Salted capers rinsed and driedInstructions
For the sauce, place the mustard, vinegar and salt/pepper in a bowl.
Whisk in the olive oil.
Place in liquidizer and add the basil, chervil, garlic and capers.
Liquidize and season to taste.
Refrigerate until needed.
