Description
A thai style green curry sauce
Ingredients
2
Shallots, chopped 2
Cloves garlic chopped. 1
Large green chilli, chopped and deseeded 1
Small green pepper, chopped and deseeded 2 T
Coriander seeds 1 t
Cumin seeds 2 T
Coriander leaves, chopped 1 t
Lemon grass, chopped (inner part only,0) 1 t
Chopped fresh ginger 1 T
Oil 225 ml
Coconut milk 1 T
Thai fish sauce 2 T
Lime juiceInstructions
Whizz the ingredients together until smooth.
Transfer to a pan and simmer, stirring frequently for 2 minutes.
Add the coconut milk.
Return to the boil and simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
Add lime and fish sauce to taste.
